  1. (1)All Headline Prices Quoted Are Correct as of 01/01/17.

  2. (2)Except In Relation To Specific Services, Promotions & Where Quoted, A Minimum Charge of £85 Will Be Payable On Any & All Work Undertaken.

  3. (3)Subsequent To The Minimum 1 Hour Charge For On-Site Work, Time Will Be Billed At £21.25 For Every 15 Minute Blocked Entered. For Example, Work Totalling 1 Hour 08 Minutes, Would Billed At A Total Of £106.25 & Work Totalling 1 Hour 16 Minutes At A Total Of £127.50.

  4. (4)Remote and Phone Support Billed at £21.25 per 15 minutes blocks entered.

  5. (5)Time Of Work Billed Will Be Calculated As Start Time Of Each Booked Appointment To The Completion Time Of Each Booked Appointment.

  6. (6)Additional Fees May Apply For Work Conducted On-Site Outside Of London Underground Zones 1&2.

  7. (7)Payment Will Be Made At The Conclusion Of Each Booked Appointment, Unless By Prior Arrangement.

  8. (8)Accepted Forms Of Payment Will Be, Company Or Personal Cheque, Cash Or Bank Transfer.

  9. (9)Booked Appointments Cancelled Less Than 24 Hours In Advance May Be Liable To The Minimum £85 Charge.

  10. (10)You Are Advised To Back Up All Sensitive And Or Critical Data Before Any Booked Appointment. We Can Do This For You At Any Booked Appointment But It May Add Substantially To The Time Of Any Work Undertaken And Would Be Reflected In The Resulting Time Billed. Further, The MacDoctor & Any Individual Providing Services As The MacDoctor Will Not Be Liable For Any Loss Of Data Not Backed Up Before Any Work Commences.
